Description:
The Black Wolf: Alcohol-addicted Drew Robinson was losing control of his life and, after three near death experiences, decides to get sober. Using May Thai Boxing and his Blackfoot culture, Drew discovers a way of coping with his drinking habits that keeps him close to his roots.
Flat Rocks: 79-year-old Louis Diabo battles against the construction of Canada’s St. Lawrence Seaway during the 1950s to save his farm and the Kahnawake Mohawk community.
We Breathe Again: For centuries, Alaska Native peoples survived the harsh conditions of life in the far north. As the battle to claim Alaska as United States territory began, disruption to an old and cherished heritage took footing. Following the lives of four Alaska Natives determined to break free from traumatic pasts, WE BREATH AGAIN explores the issue of suicide among Alaska Native peoples.
