The Honest Leader - JSEC Seminar Description:
...Moving Mountains Through the Power of Character

One of the most compelling attributes of a great leader is the consistent demonstration of honesty. Simply put, the "Honest Leader" is able to make things happen while others stand in awe of their impact.

FACTS:
Lying--everyone struggles with it, we avoid talking about it, and we act like we can't see it
Every day you are mindlessly lied to between 10 and 200 times
On average, strangers lie 3 times within the first 10 minutes of meeting each other

"The Honest Leader" Profile:
People follow them by choice, beyond their title or authority power
People buy into their Vision and Strategy
People are willing to follow them into "the difficult"
People strive to be their best selves under their leadership

THE BIG QUESTIONS:

Is it even possible to change these trends? Can we just decide not to lie anymore? Do we even know when we have slipped? Has it become so normalized that we just can't see it? What are the real and imagined organizational costs of lack of honesty?

THE REMEDY:
"The Honest Leader" presentation, offered by the Master Coaches at FutureSYNC International, will lead you through the following honesty concepts and strategies:

1. Equipping yourself to evaluate the honesty transaction in "REAL TIME"
2. Manifesting "The Honest Leader" reputation and credibility
3. Understanding how to design clear and direct communication
4. Linking truth telling, trust, and meaningful influence
5. Sorting through the human dynamics of safety and fear
6. Getting to the heart of the matter in less time
7. Building an honest workplace culture with courage
8. Engineering accountability instincts through common language
9. Teaching people WHO YOU ARE with great intent
