Aikido for Young People ages 7-14 at Aikido of Missoula. Orientation for new students on Monday, February 2nd classes meet Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:15-5:15 pm.
Aikido is a noncompetitive martial art that teaches centering, balance and dynamic blending movements in a cooperative, fun class.
Aikido of Missoula is located at 208 E. Main, on the 2nd floor of the historic Union Hall Building.
