Sundays, January 28–March 18, 4:00–6:00 PM

$145.00 for a 7-week course
This 7-week course will use the stories of our lives as fodder for introspection, creativity, and pure medicine to provide a multi-faceted path that brings together intentions, breath, self-encouragement, observation of and interactions with nature, and unbounded creativity. We will use ritual as a basis for a safe and creative space which will allow us to turn toward humor and laughter, build awareness of others, and fill this world with an open-hearted generosity that flows from the heart.
Course registration includes a copy of the book, Story as Medicine, as well as the art supplies that will be used in class.
