Description:
Cyclical Women, presented by folk, held at Grain

You drown not by falling into a river, but staying submerged in it. Paulo Coelho

Cyclical Women is a nurturing womanly gathering and workshop. Wisdom and related treats will surround us in Grain, our host space.
For each age-related group & its needs, we will delve deeper into the understanding of our cycle, the common ways that it affects our individual lives. You are not alone in the ups & downs-related mental health, brain fog, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, edginess, anger, creativity, fertility, desire will be discussed. Learn natural coping and options, collaborate, understand much more about treatment or hormonal and emotional imbalance, what to even do with all of this, how hormonal lab testing works & what simply looking at your cycle tells us. Q&A. Similar but different, classes are aimed at peri-menopause 40's (this is a hot class, will fill quickly), the other for women in their 20's/30's, Bring your pressing questions, a cup for tea, and a comfy cushion or mat if you prefer.

Leave with more information, and possibly with a treat from the lovely Grain, if you are so inclined.

There will be 2 options to attend. Workshops will segway into one another, so as one beautiful womanly group browses, chats and leaves, the next arrives.

fee $45
